SG RESIDENCE INN HAKATA

Great location near central transportation services, lovely spacious bathroom with the option of using the washing machine and the balcony is a huge plus for drying clothes. Simple check-in and check-out services. I greatly recommend staying at SG RESIDENCE INN HAKATA, especially for multiple people and groups given the spaciousness. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the place is quite spacious for 3 persons and there are enough space for 3 big luggages. It’s about 7-10 mins walk from Hakata station but it was not easy to find the direction at first. The place also have interactive pad for communication when you have question or need help.

We were very satisfied with our experience in this unit. The unit had some standout features that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Firstly, the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. It was conveniently located within the unit and functioned perfectly, catering well to our laundry needs. The unit was extremely well-lit with ample overhead lighting, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features was the electronic lock on the door. It made check-in and check-out incredibly smooth and eliminated the hassle of keeping track of a physical key. The toilet room is separate from the shower room, adding a layer of practicality and the sleeping arrangements were also ideal. The unit featured two separate full beds, each comfortably accommodating a single person, which was perfect for our needs. The unit also boasted a decent view of the surrounding buildings and included a balcony. There was no provided seating on the balcony, but we still enjoyed standing out there to enjoy the evening breeze. For those who appreciate convenience, there's a 7-Eleven just a 3-minute walk down the street, which was great for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. There’s also a 24-hour diner across the street, which was particularly valuable for late-night dining options when we returned from long days of exploring. Communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive and made sure the check-in/check-out process was seamless, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, this Airbnb in Fukuoka provided a great blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It's feels like a service apartment and well design/suited for short stays - with all the amenities and automation for access. The toilet, sink and bathroom are all thoughtfully separated. It's possible to stay long term in this place for sure... another good thing is it's only 1 MRT stop away from the airport ~18min + 600m walk.

Spacious and well equipped. Not as noisy from traffic as reviews suggested but maybe because we were on the 9/f. Self check in and out was more or less painless compared to other places locally I've stayed in.
